A Security deposit is required to be paid by everyone.

If you plan to use the boats, hot tubs, pool table e.t.c then a £100 deposit in cash will be required on arrival.

Use of equipment will not be allowed if a deposit is not paid.

Any loss of or damage to equipment will need to notified to Mark prior to departure and a fee to recover any losses may be required.

Young parties of guests (eg groups under 25) may be asked for £150 deposit.
