We will try and update the photos  for 2011 as a few changes have been made with updates of furniture inside  and out etc.

The virtual tour is 2 years old and the cabin has been updated  a lot  since the tour was done with more boats and better decor

etc.  The water level does go up and down in the different  Seasons ,we have a beach , not  a award winning one though,  with

 Sand and rocks ,  good for getting in and out of the boats in Summer etc, most of the year we don't  have beach only when

its very dry in  Summer , The lake has never dried up since I have be doing holidays  and is well over 25 ft  and deeper 

the further  you go down to the Dam End  with a gradual slope into the lake Safer around the edges when the water level

is low , deep all the way round  Watersedge  for 6/7  months a year, Danger Signs , gated and fenced  very well though !

You can put life jackets on the kids on the decking areas outside  if they are poor swimmers or you are a little worried about

them , make them wear life jackets on dry land around the lake,  but not for bed  Ha  Ha.

The water colour changes through the seasons it can look green sometimes it is clean ! , but its the reflection of the trees

all around the lake, when the leaves drop off, the lake changes colour again , Yes some people do swim in the Lake ,at 

your own risk , British Waterways own  the Lake ! swim at your own risk ! I cannot insure you off the property, you do have 

rights to use the lake, Fish and boating rights  FOC  from the property, at your own risk though ! my  boundary  finishes at

lake shore. Shared 160/ 180  acre Lake  2  1/2  miles Long and up to 1/2 a mile wide , over 5 mile walk around the lake.

          Watersedge  was built about   3 years ago and is in very good nick  and it  still looks like the photos, if not better  !
