Water's Edge is a non-smoking holiday home. This is for both insurance purposes and for the pleasure of guests and the maintenance of a fresh healthy atmosphere in and around the cabin. The only places that smoking is permitted is either in the parking bay or on the concrete slipway only. No smoking whatsoever is allowed in the building or on any of the wooden decking areas or balconies. Please dispose of any cigarette ends in the bin and do not discard into the water or around the grounds.
